Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
✅ The game is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
✅ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.
✅ The item is returned in resalable condition (no damage, missing parts, or signs of use).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your game arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@outfoxthegame.com.au with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage/defect
We will replace defective products free of charge or offer a refund if a replacement isn’t possible.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
❌ Games that have been opened or played
❌ Change of mind
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
